Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out activities that are not permitted when using ServiceFollow. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited activities

You must not use the service to:

  • Send unsolicited marketing in breach of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) — you must have consent and a functional unsubscribe.
  • Upload or contact data you have no lawful basis to use.
  • Transmit unlawful, harassing, deceptive, infringing or harmful content.
  • Attempt to access other accounts or data, or probe, scan or breach security.
  • Reverse engineer, resell or overload the service or its APIs.
  • Use the service to generate spam, scams, or misleading automated communications.

2. Messaging responsibility

You are the sender of every message the service helps you create. You are responsible for honouring opt-outs, identifying yourself accurately, and complying with applicable communication and privacy laws.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice where the breach is serious or unlawful.
