AI & Automated Communications Disclosure

Last updated 20 June 2026

This document is a practical first draft and REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW. Replace every bracketed placeholder and confirm the content with a qualified adviser before relying on it.

ServiceFollow uses artificial intelligence to help you respond to enquiries and uses automation to send follow-ups. This page explains how that works and what you remain responsible for.

How we use AI

  • When you request a draft, the enquiry text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a suggested reply, quote or itinerary.
  • Output is a draft only. It is shown to you for review — it is not sent automatically on your behalf at generation time.
  • AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You must review and edit before use.

Human review and control

A person on your team remains in control. You decide what to send, to whom, and when. We recommend you review every AI-assisted message before it leaves your business.

Automated follow-ups

The service can schedule and send follow-up messages on a sequence you configure. You are responsible for the content, frequency and consent basis of these messages, and for honouring opt-outs in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Data and training

Your lead content is processed to produce drafts for you. We do not use your customer content to train third-party foundation models. See our Privacy Policy.

Transparency to your customers

Depending on your jurisdiction and use case, you may need to tell your customers when they are receiving AI-assisted or automated communications. You are responsible for any such disclosure. [REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW.]
