These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and [Registered business name] governing your access to and use of ServiceFollow (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ServiceFollow helps service businesses capture enquiries, generate AI-assisted draft replies and quotes, and send automated follow-ups. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be authorised to act for the business you register and be at least 18 years old.
3. Subscriptions, billing and GST
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled.
- Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. Australian customers: prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Any one-off onboarding or setup fee is invoiced separately and is non-recurring.
- You authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees due.
Cancellation and refund handling are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, including compliance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Privacy Act when contacting your customers.
5. Your content and customer data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and contact the leads you import.
6. AI-generated output
Drafts produced by the service are suggestions only and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any communication before it is sent. See the AI Disclosure.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination your right to use the service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. [REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW: confirm liability caps and consumer-law carve-outs.]
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
